The Gourmet Collection Spice Blend Kebab-A-Que

Combine a generous amount of Kebabaque Spice Blend together with olive oil to make a consistent paste.  Brush generously over lamb chops, steak, burgers, chicken or any favourite meat or fish.  Grill or pan roast to your desired level, and just before removing from the heat, sprinkle just a bit of dry Kebabaque Spice Blend for the final touch and that extra bit of zest!
